摘要 结合管道完整性管理和合于适用评价的管理理念,重点介绍了6种评价腐蚀管道体积型缺陷的方法,并对他们在流变应力、缺陷形状、鼓胀修正因子方面的差异进行了对比分析。最后介绍了一种国内科技工作者研究的评价方法,该方法考虑了弯矩、拉伸的组合作用,可科学准确地计算出腐蚀管道的剩余强度。便于评估人员选择合适的评价方法,确保管道安全运行管理。 In this paper,combined with the pipeline integrity management and fitness for service methodology, six methods for assessing the pipeline volumetric defects are introduced and analysed regarding the difference of the flow stress, defect shape, and bulging correction factor. One scientific and practical assessment method for calculating the remaining strength, which is developed in our country is introduced,in which a combination of bend and tensile force is considered and briefly introduced. The remaining strength assessors can chosen with a most appropriate method to keep pressure pipeline in a safe condition.
