摘要
湖北省妇幼保健院认真抓好科研管理工作，加强课题立项管理，立项均经保健院学术委员会讨论审查，合格后上报，批准后执行；加强中间环节管理，定期检查课题的完成情况，并做好课题进行中的协调工作；促进成果转化和推广，对通过鉴定和获奖的课题，及时推广应用；完善奖励机制，激发科研热情；重视培养科研人才梯队，在课题组中注重老、中、青搭配，设立中青年科研基金，为科研人才的成长创造条件。在三级甲等妇幼保健院评审时，科研达标，促进了妇幼保健事业的发展。
