摘要
研究了国内三个不同厂家生产的抗磨蚀泵用过流件的成分、金相组织、显微硬度及电镜形貌，结合某化工厂对三种过流件的使用情况，对其材质水平和失效原因进行了分析，提出了提高使用寿命的具体建议．
This paper studies the component, metalic organization, micro penetration hardness and electron micrograph of three anti abrasion pumping devices produced respectively by three factories, analyzes their quality levels and causes of invalidity according to the application of these devices in a chemical factory. Concrete recommendations are prst forward for prolonging the life of these devices.
