摘要
发展节水高效农业是我国农业生产的一项基本国策。对农业灌溉用水进行管理和开展节水研究时,农田灌溉节水水平评价是一项必要的工作。目前常用的评价农业用水与节水的指标尚不完善,本文提出用实际农业产出与同等水资源条件下的农业可能最大产出的比值作为农灌节水指数,使评价农业节水水平的指标,更全面、客观。
To develop water-saving high-efficiency agriculture is a basic national policy of China. For water management and water-saving research on agricultural irrigation, evaluation of the level of water-saving irrigation is an essential task. At present, the evaluation of the common agricultural water and water-saving target is still not perfect. In this paper, we chose the actual output of agriculture and water resources in the same condition may be the largest agricultural output as a ratio of agricultural water-saving irrigation index for evaluating the level of agricultural water-saving target.
