结合京山河流域的自然特点,以流域水资源优化配置和水生态系统有效保护为主线,提出了水资源优化配置和水生态系统保护与修复的对策措施,为维护河流生态系统的健康,为经济社会的可持续发展提供支撑和保障,为京山河水系水生态系统保护和修复工作提供科学依据。
The optimization of the water resources allocation and the protection water ecosystem measures is put forward refer to the natural features of Jingshan River Basin. The main line is to optimize the allocation of water resources and to protect the water ecosystems. This thesis can provide a scientific basis to safeguard the health of river ecosystems and to support the sustainable development of economic society.Also it is usefuU of the work to Jing Shan River water system for water conservation and ecosystem restoration.
