摘要
测定了环丙沙星与粘菌素对分离的猪大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及两药联用对猪大肠杆菌的部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数。实验结果表明:环丙沙星对5株大肠杆菌的MIC≥32μg/mL,粘菌素的MIC≥16μg/mL;环丙沙星与粘菌素联用时,FIC指数介于0.09375~0.125,并可同时显著降低两药的MIC值,表现为显著的协同作用。
The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of Ciprofloxacin and Colistin against E. coli isolated from pigs was determined by using liquid double micro - dilution method, and the fractional inhibitory concentration ( FIC ) index of the combination of above two drugs was determined by using micro - board method, which could provide a theoretical basis for the development of new compound formulations of Ciprofloxacin. The results showed that: the MIC value of Ciprofloxacin against E. coli was ≥32μg/mL, the MIC value of Colistin against E. coli was ≥16 μg/mL; when Ciprofloxacin and Colistin were combined, the MIC value was ≤8 μg/mL and ≤ 4 μg/mL respectively; the FIC index of their combination ranged from 0. 09375 to 0. 125. When Ciprofloxacin and Colistin were combined, the MIC value of them could be reduced, which showed significant synergies.
