摘要
建立科学、稳定、可持续发展的筹资机制是新型农村合作医疗制度良性运行和协调发展的前提和基础。文章通过对新型农村合作医疗筹资现状及发展过程中出现的矛盾进行研究和分析,结合作为大都市郊区农村代表的上海市金山区完善新型农村合作医疗筹资机制的经验,提出了完善新型农村合作医疗筹资机制的思路和办法。
A scientific, stable, sustainable funding mechanism is the precondition and base for the healthy operation and coordinated development of new-type rural cooperative medical system. Based on the research and analysis in the developing process of funding mechanism of new-type rural cooperative medical system, and with the experience of Jinshan District in Shanghai, the article has put forward the idea and methods to improve funding mechanism of new-type rural cooperative medical system.
