摘要
新疆经济是典型的绿洲经济,生态环境脆弱,而采掘业、制造业及化工企业的污染,使新疆生态环境面临巨大压力。为了实现经济增长和环境的双赢,近几年来,新疆一直倡导循环经济的发展模式,并且取得了喜人的成绩。通过构建新疆循环经济评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法,综合分析评价新疆经济、资源利用以及环境安全状况,以促进新疆地区循环经济更快更好发展。
The economy in Xinjiang is the typical oasis economy, the ecosystem environment is weak, but the pollution af the digging industry, manufacturing industry and the chemical engineering enterprise, make the ecosystem environment af Xinjiang face the huge pressure.For carrying out the economy growth and the double of the environments to win, in the last few years, Xinjiang has been initiate the development mode of the circulating economy, and obtained the pleased person＇s result.Pass the circulation economy evaluation index sign system of set up Xinjiang, make use of the main composition analysis method, synthesize analytical the evaluation Xinjiang economy, safe condition of using of resource and environments, to promote circulating economic sooner better development in the region in Xinjiang.
