镉胁迫对甘蔗生长及生理性状的影响 被引量:18

摘要 通过盆栽模拟试验研究了甘蔗长期受高浓度重金属镉(Cd)胁迫的生理响应。结果表明,甘蔗生物量、茎径和茎节长随着土壤中Cd浓度的增加而降低,Cd浓度越高,抑制效应越明显;叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a/b值、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力及蔗茎中可溶性糖含量与土壤中Cd浓度呈一阶指数衰减关系,相关系数分别为0.998、0.999、0.971、0.997和0.996。叶片细胞质膜透性与土壤中Cd浓度呈S函数关系,相关系数为0.999;甘蔗能在Cd浓度为1000 mg/kg的土壤中存活。可见,甘蔗对土壤中Cd胁迫有较好的耐性。 Series of pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effect on the physiological property of potted sugarcane under Cd stress. The result showed that the maximum biomass, the diameter and the burl length of stems of sugarcane declined with the increasing of Cd concentration. The content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, the activity of catalase (CAT) of leaves and the soluble sugar of stems increased with the Cd concentration in the soil by the first order exponential attenuation function. The correlation coefficient was 0.998, 0.999, 0.971, 0.997 and 0.996, respectively. The relative membrane permeability of the leaves increased with the Cd concentration in the soil by S - function. The correlation coefficient was 0.999. Sugarcane could hardly survive under the Cd concentration was 1000 mg/kg. This study implied that sugarcane has high tolerance to Cd stress.
