摘要
文中围绕中小企业实施仓单质押业务为核心,首先介绍仓单质押业务的涵义、一般业务流程,针对目前我国仓单质押业务现状,提出仓单质押业务应更多的面向中小企业开展,不断完善,推进此业务的规范化和标准化。
With the development of warehouse receipt pledge, warehouse receipt pledge has been attracting more and more attentions. This article analysis the present situation and problems of warehouse receipt pledge in China. It also puts forward some strateges for developing warehouse receipt pledge for small and medium enterprises.
