综掘转载机集控装置的研制与应用

摘要 综掘工作面运输系统采用与掘进机相连的桥式转载机跨在胶带输送机机尾跑道上实现掘、装、运的一体化,掘进机司机操作台与胶带输送机机尾的距离一般在17.5 m,由于受井下各种因素的影响,经常会出现胶带输送机停开机,而转载机停机不及时噎死机尾,转载机挤压电缆、越位、掉道,严重时会引发机械事故,能否及时停开转载机对保证安全生产和提高运输的连续性、可靠性有着重要的意义。 To make machinery working correspond to each other,winning machinery is connected to the drive end unit of the belt conveyor by using bridge conveyor in full-mechanized driving face. But,as the winning machine driver is about 17.5 meters far from the tail of belt conveyor,the operation signals always couldn't be sent to the right place in time ,so machinery couldn't be started or stopped on time. This will cause mechanical accidents. Bridge conveyor centralized control system can settle this problem well, and it can ensure production safety and improve continuity and reliability of transportation.
