摘要
目的观察不同温度对脉冲射频治疗三叉神经痛疗效的影响。方法37例接受脉冲射频治疗的三叉神经痛患者随机分为3组(38℃、42℃、45℃),观察不同时间点的VAS评分及卡马西平服用量,统计有效率。结果治疗后各组均有较好的镇痛效应,4周时有效率分别为72.7%(38℃组)、69.2%(42℃组)、84.6%(45℃组);没有严重并发症。结论38℃、42℃、45℃脉冲射频治疗三叉神经病均有效。
Objective To study the influences of different temperature on clinical effect of percutaneous pulsed radiofrequency （PRF） for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 37 trigeminal neuralgia patients receiving PRF were randomly divided into three groups （ 38 ℃ ,42 ℃ and 45 ℃ ）. Visual Analogue Scale （ VAS ） score and Carbamazepine dosage at different time points were recorded for calculation of effective rate. Results Each group has good pain - relieving effect. Four weeks after treatment, effective rate was 72.7% （38℃ group）, 69.2% （42℃ group） and 84.6% （45℃ group） respectively. No severe complications occurred in any group of patients. Conclusion Different temperature （38℃, 42℃ and 45 ℃）pulsed radiofrequency has similar good effects.
