摘要
采用CAD/CAE集成技术,在UG和MSC.Patran/Nastran软件平台上建立了高速磨床床身的CAD三维模型和有限元模型,对其结构进行了动态分析与优化并得到了床身的最优结构模型,分析表明综合改进后的床身相比原床身动态性能有了极大的提高。
In this paper, three - dimensional model of CAD and finite element model of high - speed grinder bed are built on the UG and MSC. Patran / Nastran software platform based on CAD / CAE integration technology, the optimal model of the bed structure is found by dynamic analysis and optimization method. Comprehensive analysis shows that the dynamic performance of the improved bed has greatly been improved compared to the original bed.
