组织工程学技术治疗压力性尿失禁的研究进展

摘要 压力性尿失禁是泌尿系统的常见病和多发病,目前治疗压力性尿失禁的方法主要有药物治疗、物理和行为治疗以及手术治疗。但由于各种原因,现行治疗手段的效果并不理想。组织工程学技术是一门新兴的技术,它的发展为压力性尿失禁的治疗提供了新的思路和手段。文章就组织工程学技术治疗压力性尿失禁的研究进展作一介绍。 Stress urinary incontinence is one of the most common diseases in urinary system. At present, the major methods for treating stress urinary incontinence include medication, physico-behavior therapy and operation. However, for various reasons, the current methods do not yield satisfactory results. As a newly emerging technique, tissue engineering provides a new concept and method to treat stress urinary incontinence. The application of tissue engineering in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence is reviewed in this article.
