基于Pro/E镁合金手机外壳压铸模设计系统的研究

摘要 基于Pro/E支撑平台,采用VC++6.0编译环境下的MFC对话框,并结合Pro/Toolkit工具,开发出镁合金手机外壳压铸模CAD系统。该系统实现了模具的三维参数化设计,提高了模具的设计效率,并具有较强的可扩充性。本系统是在Pro/E支撑平台上,以Pro/Toolkit作为核心技术开发而成,同时引入VC++风格的MFC对话框,代替资源文件代码冗长的UI对话框,从而大大简化了开发过程。本文介绍在VC++6.0开发环境下利用MFC对话框,结合Pro/Toolkit开发手机外壳压铸模系统的步骤和方法,并结合实例说明开发的具体实现过程。 The die-casting die CAD system for Magnesium alloy mobile telephone shell is developed by taking MFC dialog and Pro/Toolkit function under VC++6.0 based on Pro/E. The system can fulfill the task of designing parametric diecasting die in 3-D, raise the efficiency of designing, and has strong extensibility. This system is developed on the Pro/E platform, takes Pro/Toolkit as the core technology. At the same time the developing process is simplified by using MFC dialog box with VC++ style in place of the UI dialog box with resource file long code. This paper describes the development steps and methods of mobile shell Die-casting mold system by using MFC dialog box combined with Pro/Toolkit under the VC++6.0 environment, and also explains the specific implementation process with specific examples.
