摘要
对铸造Ti-6Al-4V合金进行拉伸性能测试,利用KYKY-1000B扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其断口形貌进行观测,分析其断裂机理。结果表明,铸造Ti-6Al-4V合金拉伸试样裂纹起源于心部;裂纹扩展为穿晶型,断口为准解理型,断裂机理为穿晶型脆性断裂。
The tensile strength of as-cast Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy are tested, the fracture surface were analyzed by a KYKY-1000B scanning electron microscopy, and the fracture mechanism of as- cast Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy was studied. The results show that crack derives from the center of the specimen, the crack proprgation and the fracture have transcrystalline and quasi-cleavage fracture characteristic respectively. The fracture mechanism is transcrystalline brittle ruputure.
