摘要
通过建立施工升降机结构系统的有限元模型,研究施工升降机附着架的刚度与导轨架位移之间的关系,描绘了典型工况下导轨架的变形曲线,分析了主结构变形曲线的特征,给出了导轨架和附着架的最大应力值,提出了改善结构系统刚度的措施,对附着系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。
Through the establishment of finite element model of construction hoist structure system,the article describes the relationship between the attachment frame stiffness of construction hoist and the displacement of guide frame.It also depicts a deformation curve of the guide frame under typical construction condition,analyzes the characteristics of the main structure deformation curves,brings up the maximum stress value of the guide frame and attachment frame,and puts the measures to improve the stiffness of the structure system.the article has certain guiding signifi-cance for design of attachment system.
