摘要
高脂血症是血浆中某一类或某几类脂蛋白水平升高的表现，主要分为高胆固醇血症和高三酰甘油血症。高脂血症不仅与动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展有着密切的关系，而且对冠心病急性事件（冠状动脉猝死、急性心肌梗死和不稳定型心绞痛）的发作起重要作用。
