摘要
我国职业教育文化的现实困境,是指职业教育文化与职业教育发展程度不匹配,且尚未摆脱传统文化的束缚。船政文化具有民族使命感、爱国主义精神、创新与变革精神、精益求精的治学态度和强调历练的人才培养观等独特内涵,这极大地丰富、发展了我国职业教育文化。一方面,技术文化经世致用的功能得到普遍认同,且与核心价值观得到有效融合;另一方面,扭转了轻视职业教育的社会风气,首次出现了高等职业教育文化形态。至此,高职文化建设可从增强使命感、深化理论研究、融合企业文化等方面着手。
The present plight of Chinese vocational education indicate that, vocational education culture doesn＇t match with the development of vocational education which hasn＇t yet broken away from the shackles of traditional culture. The culture of shipping affairs have special connotations of national mission sense, spirit of patriotism, spirit of innovation and change, learning experiences of keeping improving and the talent cultivation view of emphasizing on constant practice, which greatly enriched Chinese vocational education culture. On one hand, the function of practical principle of technological culture had been commonly accepted, and it was also integrated with the core values effectively; on the other hand, shipping affair reversed the ethos of neglecting vocational education in society, the form of higher vocational education culture had been existed the first time. So far, the construction of higher vocational education culture can be taken from the aspects of enhancing the sense of mission, deepening theoretical research and integrating business culture.
