摘要
调研发现,湖南高职学院教职工薪酬的结构差异和水平差异等比较悬殊,薪酬满意度低。为此,建议湖南高职院薪酬改革要从薪酬体制着手,努力建立公平稳定合理的薪酬制度。
Investigation show that, there exist huge differences in structure and level of salaries among teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in Hu'nan, and the satisfaction degree of teaching staff on salaries is low. Therefore, salary reform of higher vocational colleges should start from salary system and try to build equal, stable and reasonable salary system.
