摘要
文章通过分析包钢物流配送的现状,指出了包钢在物流管理方面存在的问题,结合包钢实际情况,提出物流系统的改造要采用社会化的结构、系统化的运作流程、信息化的技术手段及关系型的管理方式,确立了包钢物流配送系统的改革目标。
Through analysing the current status of the logistics distribution system of Baotou Steel, this article points out the problems existing in the current logistics distribution management. Combining with the practice of the Group Corp., the paper proposes that the reform of the present logistics system should take comprehensive measures such as the socialized structure, the systematic operation process, the computerized technological method and relation - oriented management style. It puts forward the reform target of Baotou Steel Group＇s logistics distribution system.
