摘要
针对炮泥的使用和损毁机理,选择具有相应性能的炮泥,通过延长出铁口的深度,抑制炉内的渣铁环流,从而保护炉缸,实现高炉长寿,减少炮泥消耗,降低生产成本。
According to the working and damage mechanism of gun clay, the gun clay with correspondent performance is choosed. The circulating flow of slag iron is restrained, the hearth is protected and the blast furnace life is prolonged by extending the depth of taphole.
