摘要
提出了一种可利用径向电场控制电渗的新型毛细管电泳装置,着重讨论了其工作原理、电渗控制方法及相关结果。该装置不仅能方便地实现电渗的电场控制,而且通过略加改进,还能与商品仪器兼容。
A novel CE system has been established which offers several ways to contro1 the electroosmosis by electric field. The main feature of the system is a specially fabricated capil- lary-cartridge unit, with which we can achieve CE separation and electroosmosis contro1 us- ing flexible silica capillary and on1y one high-voltage power supply. The cartridge is so con- structed that the voltage can be separated and applied to capillaries at a given value through a pair of linking nodes and variable resistors made of capillaries. After modification, the car- tridge can also be mounted in some commercial CE instruments. Experiment showed that the electroosmosis can only be controlled when buffer pH is lower than 6. 0.
