摘要
10例犬进行异体肝原位移植,观察阻断肝循环后及行体外静脉-静脉转流15min、40min时和新肝植入复流15min、40min时血流动力学变化。结果:在阻断血管和新肝植入复流时心率、动脉压及中心静脉压均呈急剧下降趋势,分别较基础值下降60%~30%。体外静脉-静脉转流可减轻阻断血管后的血流动力学变化。提示:在行犬异体肝原位移植时应行体外静脉-静脉转流,在阻断血管前和新肝植入复流前均应超量输血、输液。
The study was carried out in 10 healthy dogs. The changes of hemodynamics were investigated at the devascularization of liver circulation, 15 minutes and 40 minutes after the veno-venous bypass and 15 minutes and 40 minutes after the recirculation when the new liver had been transplanted. Results showed that heartbeat, arterial pressure and cental venous pressure declined sharply when the current was cut and after the new liver was transplanted,which were as low as 60% and 30% of the basic level, respecitvely.The veno-venous bypass could weaken the changes of hemodynamics after devascularization. The findings suggest that it may be significantly important to establish a better veno-venous bypass during orthotopic liver transplantation and to have an extra-transfusion before the devascularization and the recirculation.
