高精度气体微流量计温度控制系统的研制

摘要 采用虚拟仪器技术开发了一个温度的数据采集系统,并在高精度气体微流量计中得到的应用。详细介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件的设计。系统的硬件部分使用研华公司的PCI-1716多功能数据采集卡和ADAM3013热电阻变送模块,软件部分采用美国NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程语言创建,通过调用设计的温度计实现了温度的采集及数据的自动保存。并且界面简单、方便使用、解决了多通道监测、实时性等问题。 The development of temperature data acquisition system based on virtual instrumentation is presented, which was applied to a high-precision gas microflow meter. Its hardware configuration and software design are described in detail. The hardwares are based on Advantech Company's PCI-1716 multi-function data acquisition card and ADAM3013 thermal resistance module, and the software is programmed with the graphical language LabVIEW, supplied by American NI Company which calls a designed thermometer to implement the acquisition of temperature data and automatic storage. With its simple interface and easy-to-use characteristics, the problems of multichannel monitoring and real-time measurement are solved.
