摘要
目的应用手术中化疗泵植入治疗颅内恶性肿瘤,使其部分或全部消失,延长病人的生存期,提高病人的生存质量。方法通过化疗泵注入宁得朗(ACNU)14d一次,长春新碱(VCR)7d一次,氨甲喋呤(MTX)7d一次。结果通过两个疗程的治疗,21例病人中,4例胶母细胞瘤术后生存2年,余17例胶质瘤,随访2年总缓解率72%。结论化疗泵植入治疗颅内恶性肿瘤,有比较明显的效果。
Objective To study the efficacy of interstitial chemotherapy for intracranial malignant tumors by the intraoperative placement of chemotherapy bursa in the tumor resection cavity. Methods The study involved 21 patients with malignant tumors. ACNU was infused every 14 days, MTS once 7 days, VCR once 7 days, through an chemotherapy bursa. Results No serious side effects were observed during the course of chemotherapy, the survival rate raised. Conclusion The interstitial chemotherapy by the intraoperative placement of chemotherapy bursa in the tumor resection cavity is a simple, economical and effective method for the postoperative treatment of intraeranial malignant tumors.
