摘要
文章研究了一种基于高频谐振变换器的新型微波炉电源,详细分析了该新型电源的变换器结构,核心控制芯片以及驱动电路,并对变换器的拓扑结构进行仿真。最后通过实验样机证明,该新型微波炉电源实现了零电压软开关功能,减小了开关损耗,大幅度提高了变换器的工作频率,从而提高了电源的变换效率,具有良好的应用前景。
In this paper, a novel microwave oven power supply based on high frequency resonant convertor is studied. The structure of the convertor, the core control chip and the drive circuit are analysed in detail and the topology of the convertor is also simulated. Then the experiment results verify that this novel microwave oven power supply is with zero-volt age soft switching, low switching loss and high frequency. The efficiency of power supply is improved.
