摘要
探讨了Ｚｎ，Ｓｅ，Ｎｉ，Ｃｕ等４种微量元素对绿色巴夫藻生长的影响．实验表明，微量元素在０．０５μｇ／ｍｌ浓度下，促进该藻的生长，使叶绿素ａ、粗脂肪酸、硝酸盐还原酶活力增加，而在高浓度下，则起抑制作用，对该藻产生毒性作用．在实验浓度范围内，Ｓｅ的促进作用明显．
Four kinds of trace elements (Zn, Se, Ni, Cu) were studied on the growth in Pavlova viridis Tseng. The results showed that trace elements were advance to growth, nitrate reductuse, chlorophyll a, raw fat acid under 0 05μg/ml concentration. They were restrain to above algae at higher conentration. Among the trace elements tested Se was highly accelerate.
