摘要
目的探讨尿毒症神经精神障碍发生的病因、发病机制、临床特点和防治措施,提高临床诊断和治疗水平。方法对32例尿毒症神经精神障碍患者进行了回顾性分析。结果尿毒症神经精神障碍表现为:意识障碍型15例,精神障碍型16例,抽搐型10例,肌无力、偏瘫型3例,混合型11例。结论尿毒症神经精神障碍是多种因素共同作用的结果,可由不同因素诱发。及时开始透析、诱导透析、充分透析;及时纠正水、电解质、酸碱失衡;药物干预及心理干预可有效减少其发生和发展,改善预后。
Objective To discuss the causes, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, precaution and treatment of nerves and mind disorders which caused by uremia, improving the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Method analyzing 32 patients who suffurring this disease retrospectively. Results the manifestations of nerves and mind disorders which are the complication of uremia are： the pattern of conscious disorder 15 patients, the pattern of mental disorder 16 patients, convuhion pattern, the pattern of myasthenia or hemiplegia 3 patients, mixed pattern 11 patients. Conclusion nerves and mind disorders complicated by uremia are the consequence of action of several factors. We could diminish the occurrences and development of the disease with measuers of starting dialysis, inducing dialysis and enough dialysis; rectifying imbalance of acidity, alkalinity and electrocytes; drug and psychological intervention, These measures could improve the prediction of disease.
