石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的铅背景值 被引量:4

摘要 土壤样品用盐酸一硝酸一氢氟酸一高氯酸消解,并加入基体改进剂磷酸氢二铵,采用氘灯作背景校正,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中铅的含量。加标回收率在98%~106%之间,RSD≤4.4%(n=6)。方法的检出为限为0.1 mg/kg。应用该法对某区域土壤背景采样点不同土层中铅的背景值进行测定,结果表明,该区域土壤表层铅为25.1 mg/kg,在纵向分布上无明显差异;与全国土壤表层铅的背景值26.0mg/kg相比,两者无明显差异。 The soil sample was digested with HC1- HNO3 - HF- HC104 and (NH4)2 HPO4 was added as matrix modifier. The background absorption was corrected by deuterium lamp. The lead in the soil sample was determined by GF-AAS. The recovery was in the range of 98%-106% with RSD 44.4% (n=6). The detection limit was 0.1 mg/kg. The contents of Pb in different layers of soil collected from a background point of a region were studied. The results showed that the Pb in upper layer was 25.1 mg/kg and there was no significant difference in the vertical distribution. Compared with the value of lead in soil of upper layer (26.0mg/kg) obtained by China National Environment Monitoring Center in 1990, there was no sig- nificant difference too.
