摘要
渤中25-1油田位于渤海南部。在渤中25-1沙河街油层钻进期间,由于沙河街井深,并且目的层段存在两套不同压力系数的地层,因此作业期间出现了井涌、井漏、粘卡等一系列难点,与常规井作业的差别较大,成为渤海湾近年来少见的复杂项目。以BZ25-1A平台第二批五口沙河街井为例详细阐述了沙河街井作业中所存在的众多复杂情况及难点,给出了具体的原因,并且列举了沙河街井作业中的技术创新,对以后的深井钻井作业极具指导意义。
BZ25-1 offshore oilfield is in the south of Bohai bay. Because of the high depth of Shahejie well,and some problems exist in two kinds of stratum with different pressure coefficient in the target zone in Bohai bay such as well kick,lost circulation and stick etc.,the drilling operation for shahejie BZ25-1 oilfield is different greatly from conventional well's operation. This paper mainly introduced the difficulties and complexities during Shahejie well's operation,and took the second group five shahejie wells of BZ25-1 A platform as example to analyze the reasons,especially the technical innovations in shahejie well's operation were introduced too,all of which are very available for the deep drilling in future.
