摘要
反激式开关电源变压器有不完全能量传输、完全能量传输两种工作模式。为使变压器在两种模式下均有良好的性能,通过分析两种工作模式的转换过程,提出了一种以临界工作状态为条件的改进的变压器设计方法,据此设计了一台变压器,并进行了实验。实验结果显示,使用该方法设计的变压器用于反激式电源时,可跨越两种工作模式,其电压调整率为1.0%,负载调整率为0.8%,证明了设计方法的正确性。
The operating modes of fly back switching power transformer include complete energy transmission mode and incomplete energy transmission mode.Traditional transformer design is based on the incomplete energy transmission mode, so it may lead to a bad performance in the complete energy transmission mode.In order to make transformers with good performance ,the article analyzes the mutual conversion process of two modes, presents an improved design method based on the critical operating condition.Experiments show the transformer designed with improved method can spans two operating mode,and its voltage regulation is 1.0%,load regulation is 0.8%.Results verify the method is reasonable.
