摘要
为满足双丝焊系统网络化设计的要求,同时兼顾与传统焊接系统的兼容性,基于TMS320LF2407A的CAN总线通信功能,提出了一套同时适用于送丝机和行走小车的直流调速控制系统。阐述了驱动电路、电压负反馈配合电流正反馈的双闭环调速系统及CAN通信接口电路的工作原理及其电路设计,同时完成了相应的软件设计。通过双丝脉冲MIG焊实验证明,该控制系统工作稳定、可靠,CAN总线通信正常。
In order to meet the requirements of network design in two or more wires welding,and to keep compatibility with the traditional welding system, a DC speed governing system with CAN bus communication function for controlling the wire feeder or the walking car is designed based on the TMS320LF2407A.The drive circuit, voltage positive feedback and current negative feedback double-loop control system,CAN bus communication port,and the matching software areintroduced and designed.The pulse MIG welding experiment proves this control system can work steady,reliable,and the CAN bus communication can work regular.
