摘要
针对大功率高压输出场合中普遍存在的次级整流二极管反向恢复问题,提出了一种适合高压输出场合的RCD吸收电路的设计方法。该电路不仅能有效抑制二极管反向恢复产生的电压尖峰,提高EMI特性,保证电路的可靠运行,而且能将部分谐振能量回馈到输出,提高了电路的效率。而且,输出电压越高,回馈到输出的能量就越大,吸收电阻消耗的能量越小,故该电路极适合于高压输出场合。该RCD电路成功应用于一台15kW全桥移向零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)变流器,实验结果证明了上述结论的正确性。
This paper presents a design method for RCD snubber which can alleviate the serious problem caused by the reverse recovery of the diodes in the rectifier circuit of high power,high output applications.This circuit can not only suppress the voltage spike so as to improve the EMI characteristic and reliability,but also return part of the resonant energy to the output.What is more, the amount of energy increasing with the output voltage makes it extremely suitable for high voltage output application.This circuit is successfully applied to a 15 kW,Full-bridge ZVZCS converter,and the conclusion is verified by the experiments.
