摘要
采用填充方法合成的第一聚合物网络为非交联的聚丙烯(PP)多孔网状结构,第二网络为交联的聚丙烯酸正丁酯(PnBA)的结晶/非晶共混体系的应力-应变力学性能和网络II弹性体组分PnBA对网络IPP组分的增韧作用,探讨了弹性体PnBA的交联剂用量、基质PP取向等因素对填充IPN共混体系力学性能的影响。
The Stress-strain mechanical properties of polypropylene/poly(n-butyl acrylate) semi-II sequence interpenetrating polymer neterwork have been studied using the novel polypropylene microporous membrane as the first physical cross-linking network and coss-linking poly (n-butyl acrylate) as the second chemical cross-linking nertwork. The study results of storage modulus-temperature properties and mechanical tensile test demostrated that network ⅡPnBA elastomer can increase toughness of matrix of PP microporous membrane and with change of crosslinking agent content, the behavior of increase toughness show the best crosslinking degree. Oriented PP matrix affection on mechanical properties of PP/PnBA blend systems have also been investigated.
