摘要
BIOLOG微平板技术是一种新型的鉴定微生物种群多样性的方法。随着对大曲微生态研究的发展,这种方法在大曲微生态的研究上同样能够起到很好的效果。通过实验表明,应用BIOLOG技术可以明确反映大曲微生态的情况。与传统的平板计数法相比,可以更加有效地反映大曲微生物的活性。
The BIOLOG microplate technique is one new method to appraise microbial diversity.Along with the development of Daqu microbial ecology research, this method can get up the very good effect in Daqu microbial ecology research. Experiments show that, the application of BIOLOG technology can clearly reflect the Daqu micro-ecological situation.Compares with the traditional plate, it may effectively reflect the Daqu microbei＇s activeness.
