摘要
通过对老白干香型国家标准感官指标的分析,阐述了老白干香型酒的色、香、味特色。以老白干香型的代表酒种衡水老白干酒为例,从专业品评的角度分析了其独的特典型风味。并用艺术化的手法,以人格化的形象,对老白干酒的感官特色加以比喻和描述。
The sensory index of Laobaigan-flavour liquor was analysed, The color,flavor and taste of Laobaigan-flavour liquor was discussed. Take the Laobaigan liquor as an example, the special flavour of Laobaigan-flavour liquor was analysed from the view of speciality evaluation. The sensory characteristics of Laobaigan liquor was depicted by artistic and personification technique.
