摘要
本研究运用量化与质性两种研究范式就新晋商对明清晋商组织管理的认同现状及心理机制进行了心理学视角的讨论分析。在对176名调查被试的数据分析中发现,新晋商对明清晋商组织管理有较高的认同度,在"德才兼备、量才录用"、"以学保商、以人为本"、"制度严格、号规严谨"和"用人不疑、委以全权"等具体维度上,不同性别、年龄和行业背景的群体对其认同水平具有显著性差异。在质性研究中,对3名新晋商代表的深入访谈结果与实证研究结果有较高的一致性,而在具体实践中,对明清晋商组织管理的借鉴在内容与形式上仍需根据实际有所变化。讨论分析认为,新晋商对明清晋商组织管理的认同及差异是社会、文化、组织、身份和历史传统等多种认同心理机制的综合表现及权变组织管理思想的具体运用的结果。
This paper discusses identification psychological analyses and mental mechanism of modern Jinmerchant to organization management of Jin-merchant in the Ming and Qing dynasty with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis from psychology perspective. After analysis of 176 data, it is found that modern Jin-merchants have highly identification to organization management of Jin-merchant in the Ming and Qing dynasty. On "having both ability and political integrity, giving somebody work suited to his abilities", "developing business via knowledge, keeping human resource as the basic point", "being strict in management system and regulations" and "trusting on appointed person and giving commission", differences appears in gender, age and background. In qualitative analysis, deep interview results from 3 modern Jinmerchant representative and demonstration results come to a same conclusion, while in practice, the content and style of organization management still varies. Briefly, both identification and difference of modern Jinmerchant to organization management of Jin-merchant in the Ming and Qing dynasty is the result of identification psychological mechanism and the usage of contingency theory based management.
