摘要
针对工业控制的需求,文章设计了MES支撑控制开发平台系统,此系统是由开发环境IDE、现场服务器、监控客户端等构成。其中IDE界面设计中重点介绍三维组态、对象拾取以及内置脚本编辑器的设计,界面人性化。MES-SCDP系统中的服务器和监控端使用COM+、GDI+、DirectX、OPC、ActiveX、XML技术/标准来实现,使系统不仅可以单独实现组态软件功能,而且组件化的模块可以成为MES系统的一部分。
A Support, Control ＆ Development Platform in Manufacturing Execution System was designed in this paper. The platform is composed of IDE, Live Server, Monitor Client, etc. 3D configuration; object picking and inner script editor were introduced in IDE design. The IDE has a good user interface. Technologies, including COM＋, GDI＋, DirectX, OPC, ActiveX, were used in implementation of Server and Monitor in MES-SCDP system; which makes the system not only can provide functions of configuration software independently, but also make component modules be part of MES.
