摘要 由于在直接转矩控制中一个周期内只能给定一个工作电压矢量,且会产生周期性的偏差,控制系统不能实时的给出新的控制信号,因而会产生较大的转矩脉动。本文提出了一种新的减小转矩脉动的直接转矩控制方法,在传统异步电机直接转矩控制的基础上推导出转矩微分方程,分析了转矩脉动的原因,根据转速与转矩的关系,预先判断控制时间误差,通过时间误差的变化量改变转速给定值,达到减小转矩脉动的目的。实验结果表明,该方法可使转矩快速地收敛于给定值,能够有效地减小转矩脉动。 in the direct torque control (DTC) systems, because a voltage vector can be given in one periodicity in the direct torque control (DTC) systems, the system will produce the large torque ripple. A new torque differential equation was deduced and the reasons for torque ripple were analyzed. The control strategy introduced the idea of torque prediction to reduce the torque ripples, and according to the relationship between the rotational speed and torque, predicting the error of control period and changing the rotational speed which have been given, It can reduce the torque ripple usefully. Experimental results show that the proposed strategy can rapidly converge on the set torque value and decrease the torque ripple effectively,and have the same dynamic performance as the conventional DTC.
