摘要 目的探讨服碘甲亢治疗中碳酸锂的作用。方法对服碘率<30%的甲亢患者,治疗组在用131I治疗前加服碳酸锂;对照组不予治疗,2周后行吸碘测定。结果①治疗组吸碘率提高(P<0.01);②对照组吸碘率无明显提高(P>0.05);③口服碳酸锂后FT3、FT4下降(P<0.01);④口服碳酸锂后能显著提高碘的有效半衰期。结论口服碳酸锂后,若吸碘率>30%者可考虑治疗,反之,则用ADT或手术治疗;同时,口服碳酸锂能使外周甲状腺激素水平显著降低,改善了症状,提高了疗效与治疗期间的安全性。 Objective To discuss the role of lithium in Hyperthyroidism iodine treatment. Methods Patients with Graves'diseases,patients radioactive, ^131I uptake rate(RAIUR) 〈 30%, are assigned to be studied. All subjects are checked up the RAIUR, before after Li2C03 treatment. Contrast other examples of group and does not deal with. Results ①To be studied patients'RAIUR are increased. ②The others patients'RAIUR changes are not obviously(P 〉 0.05 ). ③After Li2CO3 taken-orally therapy the patients'FT3,FT4 are decreased(P 〈 0.01 ). ④Li2CO3 taken-orally therapy consignificantly increase the efficient half life period of radioactive ^131I. Conclusion Radioactive ^131I may be selected when RAIUR 〉 30% after Li2CO3 taker orally therapy,if not,ADT or the operation is to be done. At the same time,Li2CO3 taken orally therapy can decrease significantly the peripheral thyroid gland hormone lever and improve thesymptom increasing the curative effect and safety in the treatment course.
