摘要 目的:阐明胰外分泌部产生的促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)的受体与胰岛胰高糖素的共存关系.方法:制备豚鼠胰腺石蜡连续切片,以ABC法分别进行GnRH和GnRH受体、胰高血糖素和GnRH受体的免疫组织化学染色.结果:GnRH免疫反应阳性细胞分布于胰腺的外分泌部,GnRH受体免疫反应阳性细胞位于胰岛内,与胰高血糖素免疫反应阳性细胞的数量及分布特点完全一致.结论:胰岛内胰高血糖素细胞可能为胰外泌部自身合成的GnRH的靶细胞。 Aim:To find the coexistence of glucogan and the receptor of gonadorelin ( GnRH) produced by the exocrine part in the pancreas. Methods: Sequential deparaffinized sections of guineapig pancreas were immunostained with ABC method.The first antibodies were rabbit antiGnRH, rabbit antiglucagon and rabbit antiGnRH idiotypic antibodies, the latter were shown to bind specifically to GnRH receptor. Results:GnRH immunoreactive cells were found in the exocrine pancre as, while GnRHreceptorimmunoreactive cells were located in endocrine pancreas. The number and distribution of the latter coincide with that of glucagon immunoreactive cells. Conclusion:Glucagon cells in islets of pancreas may be the target cells of GnRH which was synthesized in the exocrine pancreas. This implicates that the exocrine part may regulates the endocrine pancreas.
