摘要
目的:探讨核仁组成区相关蛋白(AgNOR)颗粒在浆膜腔积液中的诊断价值。方法:应用AgNOR染色技术对80例浆膜腔积液进行了颗粒的计数及形态观察。结果:恶性肿瘤、核异质及良性病变3组颗粒均数有显著性差异(P<0.01),而且颗粒的分布及形态亦不相同。结论:AgNOR染色对浆膜腔积液的良恶性病变鉴别及动态观察有重要价值。
Objective: The purpose of this paper was to investigate the diagnostic value of AgNOR granules in serous membrane fluid. Methods: Staining technique was used in Nucleolar-Organizer-Region-associaged Proteins to observe the amount and the shape of granules in the serous membrane fluid from 80 patients. Results: A marked difference existed in the average granular number among three groups, i.e malignant tumors, dyskaryosis, and benign pathological changes (P<0.01). The distribution and shape of AgNOR's granules was also different. Conclusion: The staining of AgNOR was of great value in discriminating the benign from the malignant dropsy of serous cavity, and in dynamic observation.
