摘要
本文以世界文化遗产-福建土楼作为载体,调查分析了土楼项目的现实状况并从同一生态文化、经济体系的角度,提出对地域性世界文化建筑物资产实施生态旅游科学规划适应全球服务经济可持续发展的重大战略转型,探寻和谐共赢的商业模式及合规性金融资本杠杆发展模式定位项目资产综合价值链的最大效应。
This article analyzes the actual status of the World Cultural Heritage-Earth Building of Fujian Province. From the viewpoint of integrated eco-culture and economic system, the paper states the idea of implementing eco-tourism based on building assets of regional World Cultural Heritage, scientifically plans the great strategic transformation under the circumstance of sustainable development of the global service economy, finds harmonious and win-win business model and the maximum effect of project assets＇ integrated value chain determined by the proper development of financial capital leverage.
