摘要 [目的]研究Cu2+、Zn2+对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以小麦品种博爱7422为材料,以完全营养液培养为对照,研究不同浓度(5、10、25、50、125、250、500 mg/L)Cu2+、Zn2+污染对其种子萌发、幼苗生长、叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]低浓度Cu2+(≤50mg/L)和Zn2+(≤10 mg/L)可促进小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长,高浓度Cu2+(>50 mg/L)和Zn2+(>10 mg/L)对小麦种子萌发有抑制作用。低浓度Cu2+、Zn2+污染对小麦幼苗叶绿素含量无明显影响;高浓度Cu2+、Zn2+污染可降低小麦幼苗叶绿素含量,当Cu2+、Zn2+浓度为25 mg/L时,小麦幼苗叶绿素含量分别比CK降低了44.51%、23.02%,当Cu2+、Zn2+浓度达到500 mg/L时,小麦幼苗叶绿素含量分别为CK的31.35%、47.15%。[结论]低浓度Cu2+、Zn2+对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长无明显影响,而高浓度有抑制作用。 [ Objective] The study was to research the effect of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat. [ Method] With wheat variety Boai 7422 as the material and culture with complete nutrient solution as CK. , the effects of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ pollution with different conen. (5, 10, 25, 50, 125, 250,500 mg/L)on seed germination, seedling growth and chlorophyll content in wheat were studied. [ Result] Cu^2+ with low conn( ≤50 mg/L)and Zn^2+ with low eonen. ( ≤ 10 mg/L)could promote seed germination and seedling growth of wheat, Cu^2+ with high concn. ( 〉 50 mg/L)and Zn^2+ with high conch. ( 〉 10 mg/L)had inhibition on seed germination of wheat. Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ with low conn had no obvious effects on chlorophyll content in wheat seedlings. Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ with high conch, could decrease chlorophyll content in wheat seedlings, when Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ were 25 mg/L, the chlorophyll contents in wheat seedlings were lower 44.51% and 23.02% than that of CK resp, and when Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ reached 500 mg/L, the chlorophyll contents in wheat seedlings were 31.35% and 47.15% of that of CK resp. [Conclusion] Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ with low corm had no obvious effects on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat, but Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ with high concn, had inhibition on them.
