摘要
研究了不同固溶温度和时效温度对βC钛合金显微组织和机械性能的影响。在高温固溶处理(927℃)和较低温度(485℃~500℃)时效后,合金获得了强度和韧性较好的匹配。固溶时效后,合金的显微组织是由β母相和析出的α相组成,拉伸和断裂韧性断口特征是塑坑和解理混合型。
The effects of various solution heat treatments and aging temperatures on the microstructures and mechanical properties of β-C alloy have been studied. The better match of strength, ductility and toughanss has been obtained for the alloy after high temperature solution treatment and aging. The microstructures of the aged alloy are characterized by α phase precipitation in the β matrix. The tensile and tough fracture surfaces exhibit a mixture of dimples and cleavages facetes.
