摘要
通过计算分析,研究了粉末法配制光谱标样两种表示形式的偏差问题,指出:以金属/氧化物计配制光谱标样采用纯基体氧化物的换算系数,当分析元素越多,被分析元素和基体元素二者的氧化物与金属的比值相差越大时,导致分析结果的偏差越大;而以金属/金属计配制光谱标样时,对于含量不同的标样点,采用与之对应的比值系数,避免了偏差的引入。
The deviations of two expression forms of spectrum standard samples made by powder method are calculated in detail. As the conversion coefficient of pure matrix oxide is adopted in expression form of metal/oxide, the more the analyzed element and the greater the difference of ratio of oxide to metal for the analyzed elements and matrix elements. the larger the deviation of analysis. However, as the spectrum standard sample is expresed in the form of metal/metal, the deviation of analysis can be avoided to introduce the results if the corresponding ratio-coefficient is adopted for the standard samples with different element contents.
