摘要
设计了一种直升机润滑油系统附件测试台,该测试台可用于某型直升机润滑油系统附件装机前的校验、性能测试和故障诊断。该测试台由管路系统和控制系统组成,可以分别输出液压和气压,并实现了极低压力的调节和输出,具有输出压力精度高、结构紧凑、效率高、操作简便、功能齐全、可靠性高等特点。
A helicopter oil-system components test bed was designed, which can be used to test the performance of helicopter oil-system components before installing in helicopter. It consists of pipeline system and control system, can output hydraulic-pressure and pneumatic-pressure and realize the output of adjustable lower pressure. It has the advantages of higher precision output pressure, compact structure, high efficiency, easy operation, complete functions, high reliability.
