摘要
研究了34Mn接箍钢锻后和正火处理后钢的金相组织和力学性能,并对冲击断口进行扫描电镜分析。结果表明,34Mn钢有过热敏感性,按优化正火工艺可以显著改善钢的显微组织和冲击韧度。锻态带状组织和过量P、S含量与非金属夹杂物使钢出现各向异性,采用控锻和稀土处理可使各向异性明显改善。
In this paper the microstructure and mechanical properties of stub steel 34Mn after forging and normalizing were studied,and the impact fracture was observed by TEM.The results show that this kind of steel has overheating sensitivity.By the optimum normalizing process,it's microstructure and toughness has been improved.Because of banded structure,quantity of P、S elements and nonmetalic inclusions,steel appears anisotropy.The anisotropy would be obviously improved by controlforged and Eare Earth effect.
