摘要
极端寒冷气候条件引起的输电线路覆冰会导致输电线路严重受损,造成电网部分或全网停运。融冰技术和覆冰预警系统的研究与应用对于电网抗击冰灾具有重大的意义。文章介绍了由南方电网技术研究中心实施的融冰技术研究的几个方面,包括融冰关键参数试验、直流融冰装置样机的研制、覆冰监测预警系统研发等。详细介绍了60MW、25MW和500kW直流融冰装置样机设计、工厂测试和变电站现场测试。研究成果表明,在直流融冰技术在关键技术上取得了一批具有自主知识产权的原创性成果,并建立了国内第一个完整的直流融冰集成技术体系;覆冰监测预警系统研发实现了线路灾害(覆冰)预警系统的系统功能规范化、终端功能集成化,通信规约统一化和应用支撑平台一体化。
Transmission lines accumulated by ice in extremely cold climatic events can damage seriously a power grid so that it is forced to break down partly or in whole. The development of deicing technology and ice-accumulation detection systems can make difference for networks to stand against ice disaster. This paper introduces several aspects of deicing technology research carried out by Technology Research Center of China Southern Power Grid (CSG): the key parameters tests of DC-based deicing technology, the development of DC deicer prototypes, and the development of demonstration engineering for ice-accumulation detection systems. The development of DC deicer prototypes of 60 MW, 25 MW and 500 kW DC deicers are addressed in detail, including their design, factory test, and substation field test. The results show that in the field of DC deicing technology CSG have gained certain originally achievements with self-owned intellectual property, and built up the first integrated technical system over DC-based deicing technology in China; The development of demonstration engineering for ice-accumulation detection systems for CSG results in standardization of system fucntions, integration of terminal fucntions, unification of communication protocols and integration of application support platform.
